  •        Reliable Design

The bottom of the adsorption tower is equipped with support ceramic balls, which makes the airflow distribution more uniform, preventing the bottom adsorbent from soaking in water and extending the  adsorbent’s  lifespan.  Coupled  with  a  specially  designed  stainless  steel  flow distributor, pressure loss is significantly reduced.

Specially customized high-performance adsorbents can achieve excellent dew points.

The entire series comes standard with high-performance pneumatic valves, whose reliability and pressure loss during operation are far superior to diaphragm valves, solenoid valves, etc. The electric heater equipped with multiple protections greatly improves reliability.

  •         Multiple Control Options

The entire series comes standard with a microcomputer controller.

Optional: PLCs and touch screens from brands like Siemens, ABB, etc.

It  can  meet  various  communication  requirements  from  Proflbus,  Modbus,  to  Ethernet connections.

  •         Energy Saving

The optional HIF load energy-saving control system, while ensuring performance, can more accurately control regeneration energy consumption. Compared to fixed-cycle control modes, it can save at least 8% or more in comprehensive energy consumption.

The optional HDC dew point energy-saving control system can extend the adsorption time under load fluctuation conditions, reducing overall energy consumption to below 75%.
